1. Current configuration
The Artesian page code sets one language-preference cookie. It does not set analytics, advertising, profiling, social-media or authentication cookies, and it does not embed third-party video, maps or marketing services.
The pages are hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. The product portal and ARK links lead to separate websites. Their cookie notices apply when you visit them; a link to the portal does not create a sign-in session on this institutional site.
2. Language preference
Language preference: the first-party artesian-language cookie stores only en or it when you use a language selector. It lasts for up to one year from your latest selection and is used across this website to remember your requested language. It is not used for analytics or tracking.
The cookie is set only when you select a language, not simply when a page loads. It belongs to the hostname you are visiting, uses Path=/ and SameSite=Lax, and has the Secure attribute on HTTPS. It is not shared with the separate product portal.
At the root address, the site reads the saved preference and opens the selected language. English is the default if the preference is missing or invalid. Explicit English, Italian and legal-page links keep the language you request.
3. Why there is no consent banner
This site does not load optional analytics, advertising or profiling tools and has no tracking-consent banner. The language preference is saved in response to your explicit language selection.
4. Browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The informational pages do not require a sign-in cookie.
Deleting or blocking artesian-language stops the site remembering your language on return to the root address. You can still use the explicit English and Italian page links.
5. Updates
This notice is updated when the site’s cookie use changes. The date above identifies its latest update. You can send cookie-related questions to the privacy contact above.
